Almond Milk - Vitamix 750

You probably seen a lot of homemade Almond Milk videos on youtube. Here is my version of Almond Milk, it's very easy and straight-forward. All you need in one cup of raw almond (pre-soaked overnight), three cups of filtered water, put almond and water in Vitamix (or any blender) blend for about one minute. optional: sweetener to taste.  Pour the contents of the blender through a cheese cloth lined strainer into a 1 quart glass canning jar. Squeeze to extract all the goodness of the almond meal. Store the milk in the refrigerator. It should keep for up to 5 days.
