I made my very first Strawberry Smoothie using Vitamix Professional Series 750. I don't know what to tell you, but the smoothie tasted so good. It looked like a restaurant quality and the smoothie was so smooth that you just can't get enough.
3 cups frozen strawberries
2/3 cup non-fat milk
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
Place all the ingredients in a Vitamix blender in the order listed then set your Vitamix to smoothie pre-programmed setting. You may need to stop the blender and use a spoon or tamper to stir the fruit if it gets stuck. If you don't have a smoothie setting on your machine, select variable 1. Turn the machine on and slowly increase the speed to 10 for 30 seconds.
Serve
immediately. Makes 2 to 3 smoothies.135 calories
